Vaginal Steams, (also known as Yoni steams, Vagi-steams, and bajos) have been around for centuries. Traditionally used by the Central American as well as Korean cultures to support and encourage reproductive health, steaming can be a relaxing way to promote self care, enhance health, and remove energetic blocks. Steaming can be considered by any person that has a vagina.


Softening and Hydrating Steam - The herbs in this steam offer soothing and hydrating qualities to vaginal tissue,  help reduce pain and inflammation, as well as promote healthy tissue.


DIRECTIONS: Boil water, put in a handful of herbs, remove from heat and cover. Place container under slotted chair or in a container that can fit under or inside toilet. Wrap yourself in blankets/towels from the waist down to keep heat contained. Be sure to check steam temperature before sitting down. Relax and steam (at least 20 minutes). Please avoid vaginal steaming if you are bleeding, have an IUD or other contraceptive device in place, have a vaginal infection or open wounds, if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Do not use past ovulation if currently trying to conceive.
