Shipping & Returns
Items ship in 1-2 working days from order date via USPS Mail. I currently only ship within the United States.
Rates are calculated by USPS database. If for some reason the rates are inaccurate, I will refund any shipping overages to you.
Free Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail.
For questions after shipping, check your tracking number. Once an order leaves my hands, it enters the domain of USPS & the order is no longer in my care or control. If you have concerns about your package, email me! Ultimately any delivery issue must be resolved with USPS. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, & tracking has not been updated for one week, I will initiate a claim with USPS. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. You will need to take these issues up directly with the PostMaster at your post office & are out out of my control. I ship orders to the address provided and if it is incorrect I do not reship or refund.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds unless we have made an error with your order.
We DO want you to be happy with your purchase, however, and if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to send you a replacement or offer something of equivalent value.
There are no refunds on no-show consultations, consultations after we meet, or custom tea, tinctures, or specially blended products.
